ARTFUL ARTIST

For my picture, I drew Mangus walking towards the castello, getting ready to walk on the narrow stair rail after the king had summoned him. My picture takes place a little after midnight and the sky is so dark that it is purple. I drew this picture because when I read that passage in the book, I could visualize the stair rail in my mind. I could see Mangus, Fabrizio and Count Scarazoni walking on it. I only drew Mangus because I felt like that particular stair rail represented his long and personal trip to either his death or his freedom.
