What do we do???
1. Before the Literature Circle Unit, the students should fill out the K column of the K-W-L chart. Write down as many things as you know about the Civil War under the K column.
2. Also before beginning the unit, the students should fill out the W column of the K-W-L chart. Write down as many things as you want to know about the Civil War under the W column.
3. After completing the unit, have the students fill out the L column of the K-W-L chart. Write down everything you learned throughout the unit under the L column.
