Immigration in The United States

Theme:  Immigration

    Immigration is part of North Carolina's Curriculum for fifth grade.  It is a big issue in the United States and is being debated regularly in congress.  People from all over the world come to the United States for many different reasons.  Most of the time the people are wanting their freedom from one thing or another.  These people often find themselves having a hard time getting acquainted to the North American ways of life.
