Dancing is a gift

It brings me so much joy

I listen to the beat

And the music shakes my feet

 

Twirling, Spinning, and Jumping

Happy, Angry, or Excited

Dance can take any shape

From a hop, skip, and a jump

You can do any kind of leap

 

It is a special kind of art

Not everyone can move with rhythm

You can learn if you truly have it in your heart

 

Dancers are always moving from within

It is a gift from above that is sent straight to the heart

And down to the

                                  bottom

                                           of

                                                    your

                                                                feet
