Science

Goal 1:  The learner will build an understanding of animal growth and adaptation.

Objective 1:  Relate structural characteristics and behavior of a variety of animals to the environment in which they are typically found.

Objective 2: Determine animal behaviors and body structures that have specific growth and survival functions in a particular habitat.
 

Language Arts

Goal 1:  The learner will apply enabling strategies and skills to read and write.

Objective 1.03 Identify key words and discover their meanings and relationships through a variety of strategies
