U.S. Department of Education Funding Workshop
Appalachian is hosting a U.S. Department of Education Workshop on Monday, January 14 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. in 03 Duncan Hall. Ms. Blanca Rodriguez, Director of Grants Policy and Oversight at the Department of Education will discuss the following: funding opportunities; current Department of Education initiatives; opportunities for collaboration among universities, community colleges, public school systems, and the community; and common mistakes to avoid in preparing grant proposals.
