ORIENTATION FOR NEW GRADUATE STUDENTS
An orientation for new graduate students is scheduled for Wednesday, January 9 from 2:30-4:00 p.m. in 224 I.G. Greer. The session will be followed by a coffee hour from 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. in the Graduate school.
New graduate students who cannot attend the orientation session can request the orientation information packet by contacting Anni Leashomb ([email protected] or 262-2130). The packet contains important materials: Graduate School contact information; a page on essential milestones in a graduate student's career (including POS, application to graduate, etc.); campus map; Appalachian calendar; assistantship information policy; information about the Graduate Student Association.
