This is an author study of Beverly Cleary.  It is based in a fourth grade classroom, and it accommodates for above and below grade level readers.  These are examples of realistic fiction and animal fantasy.  These books cover a wide variety of North Carolina Standard Course of Studies objectives for the Language Art content area.
